1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SajuScience ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

귀하가 SajuScience("서비스")에 접속하거나 이를 이용함으로써 본 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침의 적용에 동의하게 됩니다. 본 약관의 전체 내용에 동의하지 않으시는 경우, 서비스 접속 및 이용을 중단해 주시기 바랍니다.

2. Purpose & Description of Service

SajuScience is an AI-powered counseling service that interprets the Four Pillars of Destiny based on traditional Eastern philosophy and Five Elements analysis. The results and counseling advice are automatically generated by artificial intelligence models (including Gemma 4).

2. 서비스의 목적 및 내용

SajuScience는 전통 동양 철학 및 오행(목·화·토·금·수) 분석에 기반하여 사용자의 사주명식을 해설하고 대화형 상담을 제공하는 AI 서비스입니다. 제공되는 모든 결과물과 상담 조언은 인공지능 모델(Gemma 4 등)을 통해 자동 생성됩니다.

3. Important Disclaimer (For Entertainment Only)

SajuScience is provided for entertainment and reference purposes only. The advice, insights, and predictions generated by our AI counselors do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological counseling. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on the Service.

3. 중요 면책 조항 (오락 목적에 한함)

SajuScience는 전적으로 오락적 재미와 참고 목적으로만 제공됩니다. AI 상담사가 제공하는 분석 결과, 조언 및 미래 예측은 전문적인 재무, 법률, 의료 또는 심리 자문을 대체하지 않습니다. 회사는 인공지능 해석의 정확성을 보장하지 않으며, 서비스 정보를 활용하여 내린 결정으로 발생한 결과에 대해 회사는 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. Credits & Billing (Paddle Integration)

During the Beta period, basic credits are provided to testers. One credit is deducted per AI consultation question. Future paid tiers (Subscriptions or Credit Top-ups) are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Payments are final and non-refundable once credits are consumed.

4. 크레딧 차감 및 요금 정책 (Paddle 연동)

베타 서비스 기간 동안 기본 크레딧이 테스터에게 한시적으로 지급됩니다. AI 상담사에게 질문을 전송할 때마다 1 크레딧이 차감됩니다. 향후 정식 유료 요금제(구독 및 크레딧 충전)는 글로벌 결제 대행사 Paddle을 통해 안전하게 처리되며, 크레딧이 소모되거나 서비스가 제공된 건에 대해서는 환불이 불가합니다.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Korea, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

5. 준거법 및 분할 가능성

본 약관은 법률 저촉 원칙의 적용 없이 대한민국의 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우 대한민국의 관할 법원을 통하여 해결합니다.

Privacy Policy 개인정보처리방침

1. Information We Collect

We collect birth year, month, day, hour, and gender to build your Saju Profile and perform Five Elements calculations. If you sign up or log in (via Email or Google OAuth), we collect your email address and profile name.

회사는 사주 원국 연산 및 정확한 오행 비율 제공을 위해 사용자의 생년월일시 및 성별 데이터를 수집합니다. 회원 가입 및 로그인(이메일 또는 구글 소셜 로그인) 시 이메일 주소와 프로필 이름을 수집합니다.

2. Data Storage & Security

For guest users, all Saju data and chat logs remain locally inside your browser's localStorage. For registered users, data is securely stored in our Supabase database to synchronize readings across devices.

2. 데이터 저장 및 프라이버시 보호

비로그인 게스트의 경우 모든 사주 입력값과 대화 기록은 브라우저 로컬 스토리지에만 보관됩니다. 로그인 사용자의 경우 기기 전환 시 데이터 동기화와 원활한 상담방 복구를 위해 클라우드 Supabase DB에 암호화되어 안전하게 보관됩니다.

3. Third-Party Services & Subprocessors

We utilize Cloudflare Workers AI (Gemma 4) to generate responses, Paddle Billing for secure payment processing, and Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze web traffic. We never sell your personal information or Saju data to advertising networks.

3. 제3자 서비스 및 위탁 처리 현황

회사는 상담 내용 생성을 위해 Cloudflare Workers AI(Gemma 4)를 사용하고, 구독 결제를 위해 Paddle을 사용하며, 서비스 유입 및 트래픽 분석을 위해 Google Analytics(GA4)를 위탁 운용합니다. 수집된 이메일이나 사주 정보는 외부에 무단 제공되거나 광고용으로 판매되지 않습니다.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

You can check, edit, or clear your Saju details at any time from the app panels. If you delete your account (withdraw membership) from My Page, all associated email records, usage counts, and database profiles are immediately and permanently destroyed.

4. 정보주체의 권리 및 계정 삭제

사용자는 언제든지 대화방 패널 및 마이페이지에서 본인의 프로필 정보를 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 마이페이지에서 회원 탈퇴를 수행하는 즉시, 연결된 이메일 정보, 사용 기록 및 데이터베이스 내 사주 데이터는 즉시 영구 파기됩니다.
